Glistening, sticky photos mean someone hit the wrong “finishing” options on Flickr. (Exception: Polaroids.) And walls coated in glossy paint send them into fits of dry-heaving. Why the hatred for all things slick? Perhaps it’s metaphorical: hipsters  hate smooth talkers, oily politicians and carefully gelled bros. Back to their raw and dirty roots. (Photo)
